Installations

We handle technical installations from start to finish for computers, televisions, VoIP phones, stereos, and security cameras. Design, permitting, cabling, installation, and mounting are all handled in-house so we can get things streamlined and dialed in.

Our systems-based approach to network management is tried and tested, built on industry best practices, and tailored to fit the needs of each practice we work with.We run networks with a strong focus on security. This helps us not only keep things running smoothly and protects the practice from cyber attacks but also helps maintain compliance with HIPAA.

Ad-hoc support

For practices who only want to receive support on an as-needed basis with no ongoing commitments. We will attempt to resolve all issues remotely and if we can't fix it remotely we'll send someone to your practice.

Both on-site and remote support are billed at a rate of $175/hour.

Support Plan

The Support Plan is a lightweight tier to provide secure remote access and technical support to a specific number of computers.

We manage secure remote access to all computers to provide remote support. This remote access can be shared with as many members of staff as the practice wants and is configured in a HIPAA-compliant fashion.


Technical support discount

The Support plan includes a discounted support rate of $150/hour.

The Management Plan is an all-inclusive option that gives a practice peace of mind knowing all of their IT is taken care of and they have a partner working with them for their compliance and business needs. All for a fixed monthly rate.

What's included

Secure remote access

We manage secure remote access to all computers to provide remote support. This remote access can be shared with as many members of staff as the practice wants and is configured in a HIPAA-compliant fashion.


All inclusive support

Support is included at no additional cost.


Active network monitoring

All of the devices on the network are monitored for general health and common issues. Computers are monitored around the clock for potential issues with their hardware, software, operating system, and networking.


Managed antivirus and firewall

Antivirus software is included for all computers. We manage virus definition updates, reviews of virus scans, and threat remediation. The firewall is configured to not only protect the network from outside attacks, but to provide a level of defense in the web browser from phishing.


Managed backups

Snapshots of the entire computer are taken every month. Local nightly backups are managed for all the practice's critical data.HIPAA-compliant cloud backup can be added for an additional fee, based on storage requirements.

Network hardening

Implementing and maintaining strong security measures for both compliance and protection.


Preventative on-site visits

Based on the practice’s needs, we will send a technician on-site on a monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis to:

  • Resolve any outstanding minor issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

  • Examine the practice’s current needs and make sure the IT environment is still appropriate.

  • Perform a security risk assessment and review results with the practice’s management.


Managed software updates

We routinely test and install updates to the operating system and common third-party applications. We will also coordinate between the office and vendor support for updates to practice management and digital imaging software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, DEXIS, VixWin, etc.


Security risk assessment

During our preventative on-site visits we will perform a security risk assessment and review the results with practice management.
